You need to remotely access your computer … our engineers have the know-how.
We will guide you through the various solutions and configure everything ready to use.

Remote Access Service

  • No router or firewall configuration is necessary.
  • Through an Internet browser users login to their office desktop to run their applications and print remotely. Or they gain access to the office files to upload and download.
  • Data and traffic are encrypted and secure.
  • Users have access to remote and local printers.
  • Users can remote from and to variety of platforms – Windows, MAC, Linux, iPhone.
  • Speeds depends on the Internet service at both locations.

VPN Appliance

  • Best for businesses requiring in-house service solution and multi-user access to a larger range of resources.
  • VPN appliance is a small server-like hardware installed inside the business premise behind a firewall.
  • Through a web portal users login to the business network with user name and password. Different ranges of access can be preconfigured for groups of users.
  • Users gain capability to transfer files or access their computer desktop to run their applications remotely.
  • Data and traffic are encrypted and secure.
  • Users have access to remote and local printers.
  • Speeds depends on the Internet service at both locations.

Router to router VPN configuration

  • Connecting two or more satellite locations.
  • Special VPN enabled routers are installed and configured at each satellite location to join resources into a “virtual private network”.
  • Physical location of files and printers becomes transparent to the users. They access resources based on function rather than location.
  • Data and traffic are encrypted and secure.
  • FTP service – remote access to a file location
  • No router or firewall configuration is required. Useful when large files need to be shared between remote users.
  • The service allows registered users to upload files. Via email they notify their remote partners. The email contains only a link and a temporary password. The remote partner gains temporary access to the files. Data and traffic are encrypted and secure.

FTP server

  • FTP service is installed and configured on an existing server. Variety of Server platforms can be used (Windows, Linux).
  • Through a web browser or FTP software users login to the FTP server remotely.
  • Files can be downloaded and uploaded based on user rights.
  • This solution is very inexpensive but requires more configuration.
